We are excited at the prospect of having you sponsor the IEEE Symposia Series on Computational SSCI 2025 (SSCI 2025) organized by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS). IEEE CIS is the home for researchers and practitioners in the field of Computational / Artificial Intelligence. With 8,000 members, IEEE CIS provides a great platform for exchange and networking in the field.
The history of IEEE SSCI goes back to 2007. However, the 2025 event marks a significant milestone in the evolution of IEEE SSCI, launching the newly restructured biennial Symposia Series featuring ten dedicated Applied Computational Intelligence Symposia. The key goals behind the restructuring are to achieve a high-quality inclusive event for all and to provide an interactive on-site meeting place in Trondheim for academia, industry and government agencies alike. As such, IEEE SSCI 2025 will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of Computational / Artificial Intelligence.
IEEE SSCI is widely recognized for cultivating the exchange of state-of-the-art theories and sophisticated algorithms within the broad realm of Computational Intelligence Applications. The Symposia provide an opportunity for cross-pollination of research concepts, fostering an environment that facilitates future inter- and intra- collaborations.
We have five renowned international plenary speakers and seven renowned keynote speakers. Further, in addition to high quality research talks and poster presentations, there will be a number of industry events, panels, tutorials, competitions, CIS schools outreach, CIS Professional Development Program, a mentoring event for young professionals as well as a reception, conference dinner with awards ceremony and a buffet lunch on the main conference days.
IEEE SSCI 2025 will be hosted in Trondheim, Norway - a city that seamlessly blends historical richness with innovative progress - bringing SSCI to a stunning winter location, for skiers and non-skiers alike. Longer days and milder winter weather, together with the chance to see the Northern Lights, provides the perfect timing for a visit to Norway. Trondheim's small downtown area provides easy walking distance from the Venue to attractions, shopping, restaurants (from fast food to Michelin star) and sporty activities. IEEE SSCI 2025 will be held in the 4-star Clarion Hotel and Congress Centre, located right by Trondheim's fjord. In the large foyer (center image) - inspired by glaziers, coffee/tea is served all day, as well as the coffee breaks themselves. All SSCI activities are centered around this foyer where delegates can easily connect and network with SSCI delegates. We are expecting around 400 delegates.
IEEE SSCI 2025 provides a unique platform for industrial sponsors to present themselves to delegates from the breadth of Applied Computational / Artificial Intelligence. Further, sponsors may be invited to participate in industry panels.
Sponsorship packages are offered across three levels. You may choose to register as a Platinum, Gold or Silver sponsor.
- Each package comes with several built-in registrations. The registrations will allow access to all conference days from 17th to 20th March (includes the tutorial and competition day on the 17th ), as well as the conference dinner and reception as well as coffee breaks and buffet lunches (on the main conference days).
- Each stand comes with a pre-defined configuration which depends on the sponsorship package (see below). Stand configuration can be customized as per your wishes (with some small additional costs). Special setups and furnishings have to be requested no later than 1st Feb, 2025, by contacting the Industry Chairs (see contact details below).
Sponsorship Packages:
- Company flyers, if selected, are provided by the relevant sponsor.
- Booth/stand includes a power connection, a table and chairs
- The names and affiliations of the selected number of free Conference Registrations, should be provided by 28th Feb 2025. No online registration is required.
- Additional conference registrations may be acquired by following the online registration at SSCI 2025.
We are open to any new sponsorship ideas or opportunities, including, but not limited to,
- funding of a plenary / keynote speaker or a particular event
- funding of part/all of the welcome reception
- funding of a competition
- funding of tours
