Information about the joint reception for YP/WCI/DEI

Dear SSCI attendees,

I hope this message finds you well.
We are excited to announce the upcoming joint reception for Young Professionals (YP), Women in Computational Intelligence (WCI), and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) at the 2025 SSCI conference. This reception will serve as an opportunity for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange in the field.

Event Details:

• Date: 18th March
• Time: 6:00-8:00 pm
• Invited Speakers: Prof. Nelishia Pillay and Prof. Sheridan K. Houghten
• Agenda: Invited talks and networking/discussions

There is a limited number of seats available. Female researchers and young professionals (including students) will have higher priority in joining. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience to confirm your attendance via the registration form. The reception will include a soft drink with First class canapees. All regsitered dietry requirements will be catered for. From the venue it is 10 mins walk to either resaurants or fast food, whatever you prefer. For dinner, after the reception, it is a 10 mins walk to either restaurants or fast food places.
